What is Float Therapy?

Floatation is a powerful tool to unplug from a hectic and overstimulated world in order to achieve true mental & physical wellbeing.

Float therapy involves the use of an I-Sopod float tank - essentially a giant, private spa bath. The tank contains an Epsom-salt water solution (over 500kg Magnesium) which has a number of healing properties.

How does a sensory deprivation tank work?

​

The water is heated to match the temperature of your skin and due to the density of the water, you cannot feel where the water line ends.  Upon lying down, your body is able to float effortlessly and weightlessly, removing tension from the body and allowing it to relax. Within minutes you experience the sensation of floating on a cloud or in space and the ability to perceive your physical body dissipates into the surrounding water.

Floating will bring you to a state of complete relaxation, where stress from your everyday life begins to fade.
