The Lodge
Our beautiful lodge is the perfect space for a peaceful escape, situated on the scenic grounds of the Hexgreave Estate in rural Nottinghamshire. We have four suites, each with luxurious beds and lounging space, to ensure our retreat guests have a supremely comfortable, private and relaxing stay.
Tranquil Waters overlooks a stunning deer park and when the deer come close it is truly picturesque. We wanted to bring the outdoors in and really connect with the natural surrounding beauty, so our retreat has been designed to trigger feelings of calm and serene bliss.
We have a fully-equipped, exclusive fitness suite on-site or our hot-tub hideaway is perfect for some much-needed relaxing time.
Some lovely outdoor garden space surrounds the retreat with hammocks, loungers and blankets for you to enjoy the outdoors and get plenty of fresh, countryside air.
Float Therapy

One of our retreat’s unique features is our impressive iso-pod floatation tank, which offers sensory deprivation therapy. A floatation therapy session has huge health benefits for both the mind and body. Our specialist retreats include floatation sessions as standard, or if you are booking our standard retreat a float package can be added on after booking your accommodation.
