I had the best day Friday, slept so well and felt on such a high when I got home. I'm still thinking about all the great moments I experienced and of course super proud that I did the ice bath! Never thought I would get in, let alone do 3x Minutes! It was so lovely to meet you all and share such a special day. I do hope our paths cross again in the future.

I recently took part in a healing from within day retreat at Tranquil Waters with Dan and Emma. The whole day from start to finish was absolutely incredible. Started my healing journey approx 3 years ago and whilst it continues this day retreat has been the perfect addition to keep moving it forward and a way of topping up my self care. The day was packed with brilliant and effective workshops. This was an internal spa day and highly recommended.
